Customer Service and Returns
Policy Our
products come with a limited guaranteed. It is recommended that when placing
your order, you should request to see a proof of your order before we print. If
you do not request a proof, it will be assumed that you will accept Admart
Printing Services judgement on designing and color schemes. After your approval,
we will print your order at which time Admart Printing Services will not be held
responsible for typo errors due to customers neglect. Because of the nature of
our business, refunds are only given if the item has errors due to Admart
Printing Services or if a replacement can not be found or if Admart Printing
Services fails to keep a promised delivery date which may cause your product
unusable.
Cancellations If
you have not approve your order for
printing and you cancelled in the middle
of production... cancelation, credit
card, refund and prorated production
fees will be deducted from the total
cost of your order. The total fee will
be 15%. No refund will be given
if you had approved your order.
Refunds will be returned within 48 hrs.
after receiving your request.
Shipping Policy Most orders are shipped domestically US Priority
Mail. When your order ships, you will be emailed a tracking number. Most orders
from production to shipping requires 3-7 days. Special arrangements can be made
on orders requiring an extreme rush, however you may be charged an addition 50%
priority charge to your based priced order which will be calculated and quoted
to you before production begins. At this time Admartprinting.com do not ship
internationally however we do ship to Canada.
Payments Methods Admart Printing Services accept
PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, Checks and
Saving Debit Bank Accounts. Our payment systems are verified, safe, secured and
