Customer Service and  Returns Policy
Our products come with a limited guaranteed. It is recommended that when placing your order, you should request to see a proof before we print. If you do not request a proof, it will be assumed that you will accept Admart Printing Services judgement on designing and color schemes. After your approval of your order, we will print your order at which time Admart Printing Services will not be held responsible for typo errors due to customer's neglect. Because of the nature of our business, refunds are only given if the product has errors due to Admart Services neglegence, if a replacement can not be found, if Admart Services fails to keep a promised delivery date which may cause your product unusable, or if you cancel your order before a proof is emailed to you.

Cancellations
Cancellation request must be received by email only. We will not accept cancellations by phone. Your order can not be cancelled once a proof is emailed to you, usually within 48 hours. Admart Services will not be held responsible if you do not receive our email notices due to your spam or junk mail filters. It will be the customer's responsibility to allow emails to be received from Admart Services by adjusting their email spam filters in their email client account.

If your order needs canceling it must be requested by email within 24 hrs. from the time the order was submitted. These charges cover credit card, refund, and prorated production fees.

The total cancellation fee will be $15.00 for order under $500.00 and $35.00 for orders over $500.00 before a proof is sent. Once an order is approved, you can not revise or cancel it. Refunds will be returned within 14 days after your request is received.

Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped UPS Ground. When your order ships, you will be emailed a tracking number. Most orders from production to shipping requires 2-3 days after receiving your approval to print. Special arrangements can be made on orders requiring an extreme rush, however you may be charged an additional 75% priority charge to your based priced order which will be calculated and quoted to you before production begins. At this time Admart Services do not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and internationally, However we do ship to US Military Stations.

Admart Printing Services accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards and eChecks. Our payment systems are verified, safe, secured, and insured.
